Dr. Veronica Downes MB, BCh, BAO, MRCGP, DRCOG has worked consistently with Fibromyalgia for the past number of years. She works as an Integrative Physician, combining the best of the conventional medical world with the best aspects of new developments from the world of alternative and natural medicine. Dr. Downes spent 10 years working in General Practice both in Ireland and the UK. However she became extremely concerned about those with chronic illness, particularly those stuck with chronic pain.

Following years of relentless study and having attended many courses in the UK and Ireland, Dr. Downes now devotes the major part of her working week to fibromyalgia and soft tissue pain problems. She also has a major interest in Restless Leg syndrome and digestive disorders and emotional issues.

Dr. Downes' specialist interest is in Clinical Neurobiology and Clinical Biophysics.
